Flexible working hours
Our work hours are 40 hours/week from Monday to Friday. Core hours/week can be arranged with your Team Lead/Manager, depending on work schedules.
Vacation
We believe great work starts with great balance. That’s why we offer 20 days of paid vacation each year – and your time off grows the longer you’re with us. We also take a winter break from December 24 through January 1, giving everyone extra time to relax and reset, fully paid. If a company holiday falls on a weekend, no worries – you’ll get the next working day off instead.
