1. Find Your Dream Job
We’re glad you’re here and excited to shape a better, more sustainable future with us. Here you’ll find all the job opportunities that will bring you closer to this goal.
2. Apply Online
Follow the link in your chosen job posting and apply easily online. Create your personal applicant profile, upload your documents (resume, cover letter, and any relevant certificates), and get started. Once we receive your application, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Within four weeks, we will inform you about the next steps.
3. Meet Us Virtually
After reviewing your documents, if your qualifications match our needs, we look forward to meeting you for an initial virtual interview via Microsoft Teams.
4. The Second Interview
If the first conversation confirms that we are a good fit for each other, we will invite you to an in-person interview at one of our locations.
5. You’ll Hear from Us Soon
We understand that waiting for a decision can be difficult. Thank you for your time and patience. We will do our best to inform you of our decision as soon as possible.

Candidate Profile
Requirements for Creating a Candidate Profile.
To create a candidate profile, you will need to provide:
- Email address
- Password
- First name
- Last name
- Country of residence
Why Should I Create a Candidate Profile?
A candidate profile allows you to fully utilize our recruiting system:
- Apply for open positions
- Manage your applications
- Track the status of your applications
- Create and manage job alerts
- Adjust your search and privacy settings
What Are the Password Requirements?
Please ensure your password meets the following criteria:
- At least 8 characters long
- No more than 18 characters
- Includes at least one uppercase and one lowercase letter
- Contains at least one number or special character
- No spaces or Unicode characters
When creating your account, you will be asked to re-enter your password. Please make sure both entries match. Our system will show an error message if your password does not meet the requirements or if the entries do not match.
How Can I Delete My Candidate Profile?
If you are logged into your candidate profile, you can delete your profile under "Options/Settings" in the top-right menu.
Can I Upload Different Documents for Each Job Application?
Yes, of course. Please note that your most recently uploaded resume will always be displayed in your candidate profile.
How Long Does the Online Application Process Take?
It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to set up your account, complete the application form, and submit your application. Ideally, you should have your resume in PDF format ready before you start. Why Should I Apply Through the cellcentric Recruiting System?
Why should I apply via the cellcentric application system?
Applying through our system offers the following benefits:
- Your application is processed quickly and reliably
- Your application reaches the responsible recruiters directly
- You will receive a confirmation email after submitting your application
- You will be updated on the progress of your application
- You can check the status of your application at any time in your profile
How Can I Track My Application?
Please log in to your personal candidate profile. Under the "Applied Jobs" section, you can view the status of your applications. We will also keep you updated via email.
Can I Apply for Multiple Jobs with My Candidate Profile?
Yes, you can apply for multiple positions using your profile. Choose the job that best suits you and click "Apply Now." You will be prompted to log in or create a candidate profile if you haven’t done so already. Please upload the required documents, complete the profile information, and enter job-specific details. If you want to apply for different positions with different documents (e.g., a customized resume for each job), you can do so. Please note that your most recently uploaded resume will always be displayed in your candidate profile, while job-specific resumes will be shown under "Applied Jobs" in your profile.
What If I Can’t Find the Right Job?
If there are currently no open positions that match your search criteria, you can set up a job alert. We will notify you via email as soon as a relevant position becomes available.
When Can I Expect a Response?
Once you have applied through our online application system, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Over the next few days, you can track your application status in your candidate profile. Typically, our recruiters will contact you within four weeks to inform you about the next steps.
