Core tasks:
• You plan, carry out and document national and international audits (e.g. according to VDA, ISO, IATF) – including risk analyses and the tracking of all measures.
• You will analyze complex quality problems at suppliers and manage structured escalation management.
• You will be responsible for advance quality planning (e.g. APQP, PPAP) in new and series projects.
• You will develop sustainable measures for supplier development and implement them together with the internal departments.
• You will be the central contact person for all quality-related topics in the global supplier environment.
• You coordinate cross-functional problem-solving teams to ensure long-term delivery and quality performance.
• You will conduct supplier training on quality methods and actively participate in the continuous improvement of supplier quality processes.
Required skills/experience:
• You have completed a technical degree or a comparable qualification with a focus on quality management.
• You have experience in the field of fuel cells.
• You have 3-5 years of professional experience in supplier quality or quality assurance.
• You have in-depth knowledge of quality methods such as FMEA, 8D, Ishikawa, APQP, PPAP and VDA 6.3.
• You have experience in conducting audits and supplier evaluations.
• You are confident in dealing with CAQ systems, SAP and MS Office.
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• You are characterized by strong communication and moderation skills as well as analytical thinking skills.
