The Supplier Quality team is responsible for ensuring and further developing quality standards along the supply chain. As the central interface between purchasing, development and production, we accompany our suppliers from selection to series support. We conduct audits, analyze deviations in the process and introduce supplier development measures. With in-depth methodological knowledge, international experience and a high level of problem-solving skills, we actively contribute to product quality, cost achievement and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:

You plan, carry out and document national and international audits (e.g. according to VDA, ISO, IATF) – including risk analyses and the tracking of all measures.

You will analyze complex quality problems at suppliers and manage structured escalation management.

You will be responsible for advance quality planning (e.g. APQP, PPAP) in new and series projects.

You will develop sustainable measures for supplier development and implement them together with the internal departments.

You will be the central contact person for all quality-related topics in the global supplier environment.

You coordinate cross-functional problem-solving teams to ensure long-term delivery and quality performance.

You will conduct supplier training on quality methods and actively participate in the continuous improvement of supplier quality processes.
Required skills/experience:

You have completed a technical degree or a comparable qualification with a focus on quality management.

You have experience in the field of fuel cells.

You have 3-5 years of professional experience in supplier quality or quality assurance.

You have in-depth knowledge of quality methods such as FMEA, 8D, Ishikawa, APQP, PPAP and VDA 6.3.

You have experience in conducting audits and supplier evaluations.

You are confident in dealing with CAQ systems, SAP and MS Office.

You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.

You are characterized by strong communication and moderation skills as well as analytical thinking skills.
