Specialist (m/f/d) for H2 and N2 supply and utilities in facility management

In our Facility Management team, we are responsible for the smooth operation of our building services, which are necessary for supplying the development and production areas. We plan and organise all necessary maintenance and servicing work, are responsible for space planning and relocations and act as the interface to our landlords and external service providers for the TGM and IFM.


Responsibilities: 
•    You are responsible for the safe and reliable operation of the gas supply at our German sites. 
•    You take over the entire coordination with suppliers for the H2 and N2 supply and ensure that the deliveries are made on time.
•    You are the contact person for all technical facility management issues relating to technical gases for our employees and external service providers.
•    You are the contact person for all matters relating to technical gases for the commissioning and invoicing of the H2 and N2 supply and, if necessary, the procurement of special gases for special applications. 
•    You take on the task of ensuring the safe operation of the technical facilities.
•    You are responsible for organising and supervising the regular inspections of pressure vessels and pipelines in accordance with the German Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health (BetrSichV).
•    You identify, initiate and organise any necessary extensions, repairs, software updates and upgrades, and check their effectiveness. 
•    You will independently supervise projects and conversions in the areas of central gas supply facilities.
•    You will be involved in the design and construction of the central gas supply system for our new plant. 
•    You are the contact person for the selection and qualification of gas and plant suppliers in the field of technical gases.
•    You take on the task of training our internal colleagues in the handling of technical gases.
•    You will be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation, evaluations and instructions in the various software solutions (e.g. SAP, MS Office).

 

Experience and Qualification:
•    You have successfully completed a degree in process engineering with a focus on energy process engineering and hydrogen or a comparable education.
•    You have several years of experience in the field of hydrogen and nitrogen supply, as well as the generally common technical gases.
•    Your strengths include: communication and teamwork skills, initiative, commitment, ability to work under pressure and a quick grasp of the issues.
•    You have a detailed knowledge of the operating procedures of gas supply and gas storage.
•    You are able to define, organise and arrange the necessary maintenance and inspections for the central gas supply systems and check that they are carried out properly.
•    You have the ability to familiarise yourself with complex problems and work independently, in a structured, responsible and goal-oriented manner. 
•    You are able to grasp complex interrelationships in process engineering and initiate measures to ensure safe operation.
•    Ideally, you have good to very good knowledge of all common MS Office applications, SAP & MS Project.
•    You are well networked in the world of technical gases, both nationally and internationally.
