The “Prototype Manufacturing & Test and Lab Service” team assembles the first fuel cell units as test samples for test systems and vehicle prototypes, integrates adapters for testing technology, test bench adaptations and executes intermediate and final tests. Furthermore the mechanical and electrical buildup of system test benches as well as the modification, maintenance, calibration and repair was executed. The mechanical workshop manufactures components for the first development sytems based on 3D CAD data , the EE workshop produces LV and HV components and cable sets as well as the wiring harness for the additional measurement technology.

Responsibilities:
•    You assemble fuel cell systems with measuring sensors according to 3D data sets and flow charts
•    You support the integration of test models in test systems and their commissioning
•    You are responsible for documenting assembly steps, test results and abnormalities
•    You manufacture mounting devices and adapters for the integration of measuring equipment
•    You take over customizing, maintenance and repair of prototype test systems
•    You support the analysis of failures, troubleshooting and immediate measures

Experience and Qualification:
•    You are trained as a mechanic, electromechanic or have a comparable training.
•    You have several years of experience as a plant mechanic or in the assembly of fuel cell systems.
•    You have prefarebly TIG welding experience and a plastic welder license according to DVS 2212.
•    Your strengths include a strong technical understanding, as well as a readiness of mind, flexibility, customer orientation and a high level of quality awareness.
