The External Affairs & Sustainability team plays a key strategic role, working closely with senior management, external stakeholders, shareholders, and internal departments.

Your Responsibilities:
- You support the development and implementation of climate strategies and cross-functional decarbonization measures
- You assist in calculating the Product Carbon Footprint of our NextGen fuel cell system
- You research and analyze ESG compliance requirements
- You support the implementation of energy and environmental management systems according to ISO 14001/50001
- You contribute to internal sustainability communication (e.g., creating training materials, committee documents, updating the intranet)
- You analyze the hydrogen ecosystem across its entire value chain—from hydrogen production to the end customer—and contribute to its strategic development
- You assist in preparing political and scientific exchange formats (presentations and position papers)
Experience and Qualification:
- You are currently studying Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- You have initial experience in sustainability, communication, or technology projects is an advantage
- You have a strong interest in Sustainability Strategy, Green Mobility, Future of Energy, and Hydrogen Technology
- You are analytical thinking and solution-oriented approach
- You have a proactive attitude and strong organizational skills for project coordination and communication
- You are proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams) and fluent in English and German

Additional information:
Proof of current enrollment in a degree program with outstanding exams is required.
The position will only be filled full-time for approximately 6 months.
