Core Responsibilities:

Support the development and implementation of climate strategies and cross-functional decarbonization measures

Assist in calculating the Product Carbon Footprint of our NextGen fuel cell system

Research and analyze ESG compliance requirements

Support the implementation of energy and environmental management systems according to ISO 14001/50001

Contribute to internal sustainability communication (e.g., creating training materials, committee documents, updating the intranet)

Analyze the hydrogen ecosystem across its entire value chain—from hydrogen production to the end customer—and contribute to its strategic development

Assist in preparing political and scientific exchange formats (presentations and position papers)
Required Skills/Experience:
- You are enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field of study.
- You have gained initial experience in sustainability, communications, or technology-related projects.
- You are passionate about topics such as Sustainability Strategy, Green Mobility, and the Future of Energy.
- You have strong analytical thinking skills and a solution-oriented approach to work.
- You are a self-starter with excellent organizational skills for project coordination and communication.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams).
- You have good written and spoken English skills.
Additional information:
Proof of current enrollment in a degree program with outstanding exams is required.
The position will only be filled full-time for approximately 6 months.
