Head of Manager Project Office Operations (m/f/d)

We are looking for you as “Head of Manager Project Office Operations” at the earliest possible date. 

Project Office Operations is a small and highly skilled team, with the main task to lead project activities within cellcentric related to industrialization, from process development to industrial footprint and capacity. 
The team of project managers act as proactive members of cellcentric project management teams and governance structure, creating transparency over project activities, regular reporting and cross-functional collaboration.
The Manager of Project Office Operations reports to Head of Production Engineering. However, the responsibilities and activities spread widely, not only within Operations. Interactions with colleagues within the entire cellcentric organisation on a daily basis is crucial.  

Responsibilities: 

• You lead and manage the Project Office Operations to ensure alignment with company strategy in general and the global industrialization strategy in specific;
• You actively contribute and implement measures to support the company transformation towards a project driven organization;
• You provide leadership and guidance to the Project Office team, fostering professional growth and development;
• You drive continuous improvement efforts to standardize and implement best practices and methodologies within project management;
• You lead the internal cross-functional alignment in Operations Reference Group, ensuring project deliveries are well aligned and completed within scope, time and budget, meeting quality gates and milestones;
• You collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables, in order to allocate Project Office resources accordingly;
• Cross-project ou represent Operations in various governance committees, providing support and guidance to project managers within Operations.

Experience and Qualification:

• You have a relevant university degree in engineering and/or business administration;
• You have proven leadership experience, this is most likely not your first manager position,
• You have strong interpersonal skills, contributing to the efficiency of teamwork and transparent communication;
• Most likely you have a PMP certification and a background of leading cross functional projects in an international environment;
• You have the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands to stay focused and aligned with the company targets;
