Our HR team is dedicated to supporting all people-related matters across the organization. We partner with nearly 500 managers and employees, providing strategic guidance and operational excellence while working closely with our stakeholders and business partners. Responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for managing and implementing all operational HR processes across the entire employee life cycle
  • You serve as a trusted and competent advisor to managers and employees on all HR-related and employment law matters
  • You actively foster a constructive and trust-based partnership with the Works Council and support all co-determination-related processes
  • You lead the annual talent, performance, and compensation processes and ensure their successful execution
  • You take ownership of HR projects and contribute innovative ideas to continuously enhance our people practices
  • You drive the digitalization and sustainable development of our HR processes, systems, and tools
 
Required Experience and Competencies:
  • You have successfully completed a relevant university degree or a comparable vocational qualification and bring several years of professional experience in Human Resources
  • You have several years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a medium-sized, collective bargaining agreement-based company and possess strong expertise in ERA and job evaluation within a tariff-based environment
  • You have sound knowledge of labor law, works constitution law, and social security law.You demonstrate excellent communication skills, a strong customer focus, and a hands-on mindset
  • You are flexible, proactive, and have outstanding organizational skills
  • You are a strong team player and value collaborative and trust-based working relationships
  • You stand out through your structured way of working as well as your analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • You are proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications and ideally have experience working with SAP SuccessFactors
  • You communicate confidently and effectively in both German and English.
