Aftersales Specialist (m/f/d) Projects and Technical Service

In cellcentric Aftersales, you will play a central role in product development and in supporting our customers. You are responsible for the smooth handling of the after-sales process, the processing of technical inquiries and the coordination of customer requirements to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. 

Responsibilities: 

• You are responsible for the processing and coordination of enquiries in the product development process, in particular for the preparation and participation in product development committees as a representative of Aftersales and the timely creation and provision of Aftersales input for the product development process;
• You are committed to ensuring that the technical and economic aftersales objectives are taken into account in the product development process;
• Coordinate customer requirements and work closely with suppliers and internal teams to design service-orientated products;
• You recognise future spare parts requirements and define the spare parts portfolio;
• You recognise the relevance of technical changes for the service organisation and adapt the technical documentation; 
• You check and implement technical requirements for new components;
• You ensure that quality and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met in the after-sales area;
• You create training material for customers and partners for product use and maintenance.

Experience and Qualification: 

• You are a state-certified automotive technician or have a comparable vocational qualification or alternatively have completed a degree in engineering;

• You have at least 3 years of experience in technical aftersales in the automotive industry;

• Ideally, you already have knowledge of fuel cell systems and experience with common systems (e.g. MS Office, SAP, Codebeamer);

• You are experienced in leading negotiations and have strong communication and problem-solving skills;
