Logistics start-up management, material planning and clearing

Our team is the central hub for all processes related to physical and information material supply. It actively serves and interacts with almost all areas of the company, such as R&D, production, sales, finance and legal, all the way to facility management. The top priority is to supply all production, auxiliary and NP materials and components in a compliant, cost-optimized and timely manner and thus to control the subsequential processes and interfaces. 

Responsibilities: 

• As an experienced scheduler, you plan and implement an efficient production supply within our production network
• You are responsible for materials planning in line with deadlines and quantities, from storage to distribution to the consuming areas
• You determine material/parts requirements and clarify delivery options. Provide critical parts in a timely manner, taking into account various criteria
• Picking material deliveries, operating material reservations without errors 
• Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding delivery dates and shipping requirements
• Monitor and control material inventories, perform periodic physical inventories 
• Active role in process and certification audits 

Experience and Qualification: 

• You have successfully completed vocational training in the field of materials management logistics or as an industrial clerk- You have several years of experience as a scheduler
• You have an absolute SAP (ERP) affinity, a confident handling of all material management &  logistics relevant modules
• You are not only a competent contact person for the ERP in your area of responsibility, but you also help determine the requirements for the IT systems and drive their implementation forward
• You have very good knowledge in the area of logistics processes and system applications (warehouse, conveyor technology, handling and assistance systems) of the manufacturing industry
• You have a high social competence, enjoy dealing and cooperating with customers, suppliers and colleagues
