Requirements for creating a candidate profile

To create a caddy profile, you'll need to specify:

E-mail address
Password
Forename
Surname
Country of residence

Why should I create the candidate profile?

With a candidate profile, you can take full advantage of the functionalities of our recruitment system:

apply for vacant vacancies
track the status of your application(s)
track the status of your application(s)
create and manage your job alerts
adjust your search and privacy settings

What are the requirements to create a password?

Please make sure that your password matches the following settings:

The password must be at least 8 characters long
The password must not be longer than 18 characters
The password must contain at least one uppercase and one lowercase letter
The password must contain at least one number or punctuation mark
The password must not contain spaces or Unicode characters

You will be prompted to re-enter your password during account creation. Please make sure to enter the same password twice. Our system will display an error message if the chosen password does not meet the requirements or does not match.

How can I delete my candidate profile?

If you are logged in to your candidate profile, you can delete your candidate profile in the upper right bar under the menu item Options/Settings.

Can I upload different documents per candidate profile?

Yes, of course. Please note that the most recently uploaded CV will always be displayed in your candidate profile.

How long does the online application process take?

You will need about 10-15 minutes to create your account, fill out the application form and submit your application. Ideally, you should have your CV available online as a pdf file before you start your application.

Why should I apply via the cellcentric application system?

Applying via our system has the following advantages for you:

Your application can be processed quickly and reliably
Your application will reach the responsible recruiters directly
After a successful application, you will receive a confirmation of receipt
You will be constantly informed about the progress of your application
You can check the status of your application at any time in your profile

How can I track my application?

Please log in to your personal candidate profile. Under the heading "Advertised positions" you can see the status of your application. We will also keep you posted via email.

Can I apply for more than one job with my candidate profile?

Of course, you can apply for different jobs with your profile. Choose the position that suits you best and click on "Apply now". You'll be asked to sign up or, if you haven't already, create a candidate profile. Please upload the required documents, fill in the profile information, and provide the job-specific information. If you want to apply for different positions with different documents (e.g. adapting your CV per position), you can do so as well. Please note that the most recently uploaded CV will always be displayed in your candidate profile and the job-specific CV under the heading "Advertised Positions" in your profile.

What can I do if I can't find the right job?

If there are currently no vacancies based on your search criteria in our job portal, you can use our job alert function. We will then send you an email as soon as a suitable job is available based on your search criteria.

When can I expect a response?

As soon as you have applied to cellcentric via our online application system, you will automatically receive a confirmation e-mail from our system. In the following days, you can easily track the current status of your application(s) in your candidate profile. As a rule, our recruiters will contact you within the next four weeks after your application and inform you about the next steps.
