Working Student (m/f/d) in the field of humidifier development

External membrane humidifiers are used to increase the performance and lifetime of the PEM fuel cell. In the humidifier team, membrane humidifier modules are developed, designed and built. Testing and evaluation then takes place in our in-house laboratory. In addition, the inner structure and humidifier membranes are examined. Our goal is to create high-performance, long-lasting and cost-effective humidifier modules for fuel cell vehicles.


Responsibilities: 

  • You carry out an inventory, market and patent research for the humidifier membrane;
  • You create an associated evaluation matrix;
  • You support the execution of experiments in external testing laboratories and internal tests;
  • You evaluate and document test results with reference to technical specification;
  • You take over the reporting .

 

Experience and Qualification: 

  • You study in the field of mechanical engineering, process engineering or material sciences or in a comparable degree program;
  • You have initial laboratory and experimental experiences;
  • Your strengths include independent and analytical work and good selfmotivation;
  • You are confident in using MS Office;

Proof of current enrollment in a degree program with outstanding exams is required. 

 

The position will only be filled full-time for approximately 6 months.
