The Accounting & Financial Reporting team accompanies almost all business processes. Together with the controlling team, we enable commercial control from the transparency we generate. In this way, we support the top management in achieving their technological and entrepreneurial goals. With the introduction of a new ERP system, which is currently being prepared and whose tried-and-tested processes are to be implemented in our company, we would like to reach a level close to “state-of-the-art”. Many exciting tasks await the team during the transformation and we are looking forward to a highly motivated employee at the Nabern location (district of Kirchheim unter Teck) who has already gained experience or specialist knowledge in accounting and also business administration to understand and work on overarching topics.


Responsibilities:
•    You support in following accounting activities:

  •     Processing of incoming invoices incl. a verification according to § 14 UStG and G/L-account setting.
  •     Clarification of facts and purchase order adjustments with the departments or external partners.
  •     Processing reminders by independently researching and resolving the causes.
  •     Review of payment run proposal lists and initiation of the payment process.
  •     Participation in master data maintenance, especially in the accounts payable area.
  •     Support in asset accounting.

•    You support in the introduction of the new ERP system and management of the transformation in operational finance with the aim of further developing our processes.
•    You process special topics – also beyond accounting but always related to finance.
•    You create meaningful presentations for various communication purposes.


Experience and Qualification:
•    Your qualifications focus on accounting / finance and are based on at least completed commercial training or a bachelor's degree. Additional qualifications in the area of accounting are desirable.
•    You have a well-founded understanding of business administration as well as conceptual, analytical thinking and the ability to solve problems in a structured manner.
•    You have mastered common software tools (especially Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and enjoy learning something new (SAP). You can use the tools routinely and the wealth of functions creatively.
•    You love working in an international environment and, in addition to fluent and well-educated German, you also have good written and spoken English skills.
•    You act on your own responsibility and have the ability to prioritize your activities while maintaining the accuracy even at high stress.

Additional information:
 

The prerequisite is proof of current enrollment in a commercial degree program with outstanding exams and remaining term of at least 1 year.
