Responsibilities: 

  • You are responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining a legally compliant electrical engineering organization within cellcentric GmbH & Co. KG including the high-voltage area (vehicle technology);
  • You are responsible for the technical management of the electrical engineering operations of cellcentric GmbH & Co. KG in the sense of the responsible electrician according to VDE 1000-10, section 4.4;
  • You are the contact person for the company management for all topics relating to electrical engineering;
  • You are responsible for creating organizational regulations such as process, work and operating instructions, as well as activity-related risk assessments;
  • You are responsible for coordinating and managing the electrical specialists responsible for the area (BvEFK);
  • You are responsible for organizing regular exchanges of expertise and experience with all responsible electrical specialists;
  • You are responsible for the selection, appointment and qualification of employees in the field of electrical engineering (e.g. BvEFK, EFK, EuP, FHV, FuP);
  • You ensure the qualification of all employees in the field of electrical engineering through, for example, instruction, exchange of experience and further training;
  • You are responsible for organizing initial and recurring safety instructions for employees and external companies in the field of electrical engineering;
  • You monitor external companies with regard to electrotechnical hazards and coordinate external companies when commissioning external services;
  • You are responsible for the acceptance of services provided in the electrotechnical field;
  • You will ensure that electrical systems, machines and equipment are maintained in a proper condition, for example by organizing and initiating maintenance measures and setting up a test management system;
  • You will work closely with the Purchasing department on procurement for the electrical engineering area (defining minimum standards for components, devices, systems, machines and services) and coordinate with other relevant areas (legal department, HR department, training department, compliance, etc.).


Required Skills/Experience:

  • You have a degree in electrical engineering or comparable training with further training as a state-certified technician;
  • Ideally, you have a qualification and experience as a responsible electrical specialist (vEFK);
  • You have several years of professional experience in the field of electrical engineering as a vEFK and operator;
  • You have sound knowledge of the relevant regulations, e.g. VDE 0105-100, VDE 0113-1, VDE 1000-10, DGUV Regulation 3, TRBS 1112, ArbSchG and BetrSichV;
  • An independent, structured way of working and analytical skills paired with a high service orientation are a matter of course for you;
  • You have a high sense of responsibility and social competence with regard to managing employees and also have strong communication and teamwork skills;
  • We expect you to be confident with MS Office (Word, Excel) as well as business fluent in German and good written and spoken English.
