Intern / Working Student (m/f/d) - Total Productive Maintenance

The Facility Management and Machine Maintenance team is part of the EU Production department. As such, we form an essential component of the operational unit at cellcentric ensure the reliable operation of all buildings, technical building equipment, and production machines.
The Machine Maintenance specialist group is focused on the maintenance and upkeep of production machines. In this context, we pursue the goal of data-driven Total Productive Maintenance, utilizing a high degree of digitalization and the most advanced methods.


Responsibilities:

  • You will support the further development of our maintenance strategy with the goal of achieving Total Productive Maintenance, contributing your own ideas;
  • You will assist in defining requirements for the implementation of data-driven maintenance;
  • You will help analyze disruptions in the production machines;
  • You will collaborate in the implementation and operation of our spare parts management system;
  • You will be responsible for smaller work packages as part of our digitalization projects;
  • You will assist the team lead in preparing decision-making documents, workshops, etc.;
  • You will take meeting minutes and help with documentation and tracking of ongoing work packages.

 

Experience and Qualification:

  • You are currently pursuing a technically-oriented degree, such as Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, etc.;
  • You have already gained some initial experience in production or maintenance;
  • Ideally, you have worked with SAP and have excellent Excel skills;
  • You are strong in teamwork and communication;

Additional information:
 

Proof of current enrollment in a degree program with outstanding exams is required. 

 

The position will only be full-time or part-time (at least 14 hours per week) for approximately 6 months.
