Fuel Cell System Development Engineer (m/f/d)

The 'System Lead' Team is responsible for the conceptual design of the fuel cell unit, from the architecture to the packaging concept. We define milestones in technical product development and determine the degree of maturity in product development. We issue the test and usage approval for fuel cell units and prepare the documentation for vehicle approval.
Responsibilities:
- You compile the results of the various development activities in system development and track their progress;
- You define the technical maturity level for project milestones;
- You develop a concept for ensuring the maturity level of fuel cell units, modules and system functions and evaluate them during concept and product development;
- You transfer the customer's test projects to the development and verification planning in system development;
- You ensure that concept and functional evidence is provided on time and in full;
- You initiate additional necessary development and validation measures, manage them and monitor their effectiveness, if needed.
Experience and Qualification:
- You have successfully completed a technical/physics university degree;
- You have 3-5 years of professional experience and experience in automotive development;
- You manage to understand technically complex systems through basic knowledge, curiosity and inner drive;
- You are able to structure, prioritize and successfully complete extensive tasks through a structured and methodical approach;
- You show responsibility, persistence and strong communication skills when pursuing cross-team development goals;
