Employee (m/f/d) of Operational Quality Assurance as Test Equipment Officer

In the process chain for the in-house production of fuel cell components and the fuel cell itself, various test equipment and test systems are used to ensure quality. To this end, the Operational Quality Assurance team will be responsible for monitoring measuring and testing systems in the future, so that the necessary calibrations can be organized and functionality can always be guaranteed. These activities are part of safe processes and are part of our holistic understanding of processes.
Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the planning of test equipment, selection and control of test intervals, specific maintenance and calibrations based on the requirements of the internal cST (Cellcentric Standard) or VDA Band 5 (especially 5.3), including validation of certificates from external service providers (DACKS, factory calibration, etc.) Continuous optimization of the already implemented test processes to ensure product quality according to customer and internal requirements;
- You will be responsible for adhering to the annual budget for test equipment investments and initiating their procurements;
- You maintain the test equipment management system taking into account relevant standards, requirements for test equipment management (DIN EN ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025);
- You will be responsible for planning and conducting continuous employee training;
- You recognize and initiate improvements in the affected process such as work instructions, processes and working environment, product improvements;
- Implementation of 5S measures and minor maintenance measures according to the available documentation of the Holistic Plant Support GAB of measuring systems and the general cleanliness of the workplace as well as work area;
- You will carry out general activities to support maintenance, such as maintenance and calibration measures including measurement system analyses (MSA) in cooperation with the operational quality department;
- You can be flexibly deployed in other production steps if required.
Experience and Qualification:
- You have completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic, tool mechanic and further training as a technician and / or measuring technician or production foreman;
- You have 2 to 3 years of professional experience in the field of test equipment management (calibration, maintenance, programming of measuring machines and systems);
- You have successfully completed training as a test equipment officer;
- You have experience in working with MS Office, SAP, Power BI;
- An independent, careful and responsible way of working as well as your ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, flexibility and decision-making ability round off your profile.
